Have to say I'm surprised to see such high odds on the hosts. Okktha United are a team from Myanmar, and are in the quarter finals following a combination of luck and circumstances. In the previous round, they had to play against Pattaya United, and they've won 2-1, following some surprising 'crowd support' and a lot of injured players for the Thai side. Now they have to face an opponent at a different level, and even Okktha's coach admits of having a huge task ahead of him. Besides the obvious quality gap between these two teams, the Burmese could also have another problem: the floodlights. The game will be played under artificial light, and that could prove to be an inconvenience for them, as all their matches from their league are played during daytime, so this change can affect the players. Hougang is usually a very offensive formation, and will try to take advantage of any spaces they can find. Despite missing their 2 foreign strikers, long-term injuries, Hougang can still pose a lot of danger, as offensive players Jordan Webb and Noor Ali seem to be in good form. With the second leg due on Friday, I'm sure Hougang will go for a win today, and try to seal the qualification fate. GL!
