    a few weeks back barnsley were very much in that relegation scrap but an excellent run of form and some terrific attacking football has seen them climb the table. they now sit in the top 10 and with confidence sky high at the moment attention must turn towards those play off places.

    i really like their options going forward, drinkwater, vaz te, butterfield and ranger. these are quality footballers all on top form. it took them only 7 seconds to opening the scoring in the midweek win over palace, their 4th win in a row.

    ipswich are a bit of shambles at the moment and to be honest im surprised the manager is still there. they are on a woeful run on form sliding down that table and more worrying for jewell has to be the total lack of confidence in his defence. any long ball or cross ball causes panic and any time they take the lead town are gifting sides a way back into matches with some school boy errors.

    now sitting joint 3rd bottom its fair to say this side is in the relegation scrap.

    for all towns problems, and they have plenty, scoring goals and making chances is not one of them thats why i go for an exciting game here with action at both ends.
