    Not much to say about this game. Gijon are still not fully safe while Atletico are already concentrating on next Wednesday’s game against Fulham.
    Gijon are winless in eight games but are hopeful to make sure of their Primera status. With two rounds to go, Gijon still have a four point lead ahead of Tenerife despite their poor record of late. However Preciado´s men at least got two draws most recently and look much more focused while Atletico coach Flores already indicated that will rest many players. Atletico have done quite well at home most recently but have struggled on the road and will not be too motivated today. So Gijon who are usually a solid home team should make sure of their survival.
