    Obviously St Helens will win this game or they should win this game. But im not expecting Salford to cave in right away i think they can at least keep this fixture close in the 1st half.

    Saints are on top form- scoring plenty of trys and defending very well. It was a bit of sticky start to the season for Potters side but with some warm weather and perfect pitches has come some super performances in the last month.

    Salford were hammered up in Scotland by Warrington. They simply couldnt handle the power the Wire had and the amount of options with the ball. The less said about that game the better but one thing we do is that the Reds have had a good long rest and plenty of time to think about a result that will have really hurt. They will want to make it up to the supporters.

    At home we dont see Salford cave in very often. Its a smaller park which obviously suits them because their forwards are not the best. One thing we do get from the Reds is plenty of effort in front of their own fans. They have caused a lot of shocks here against the big boys- in fact we seen the surprise of last season when they defeated todays opponents last year- so dont expect them to roll over.

    Saints will win. But i dont see it being 1 way traffic in the 1st half id guess there will only be the one scorer between the sides on the hooter. So nice value on Salford.
