Both teams will meet tonight for the third time this season. It's interesting that Drogheda won in previous two matches against the Saints. The first one was in Leinster Senior Cup and the second in Premier division , both matches finished 0:1. And that's the only win for Drogheda in Premier division so far . The Saints are one of the favorites for the first place this season and loosing another three points from the team of the bottom , especially from Drogheda could make fatal consequences on their morale and motivation. Both teams have some absent players for this match. For Drogheda D.Brennan (df), R.Martin (att) are injured while G.Fitzpatrick (att), J.Duffy (df) are suspended. Defender J.Harriss is doubtful. St. Patricks will be without injured D.Lynch (df), B.Cash (md), G.Coughlan (md) while I.Bermingham (df), P.Byrne (att) are doubtful. There are no suspended players in away team.

Looking at the squads I can say that Drogheda have a bigger problems with this absents because their coach have smaller squad to choose from without adequate substitutions in all positions . Opposite of them , St.Patricks have a great team and this absents could not make any bigger problems for them. In my opinion The Saints will go into this match very motivated , they are eager for revenge and I think they can beat this team of Drogheda now as they can't underestimate them after two defeats so far. St.Patricks won in two derby matches in a row so confidence is on high level. If they show the same game like in the last match against Bohemians tonight , I have no doubt in their win and I gonna bet on them.
