Its getting to the business end of the season and Broncos look good value here

They have taken more than their fair share of stick from both fans and media alike but with most of their star players back- and at peak fitness- the Broncos are ready to make an impact.

Their defence is one area which has been a problem all year but in recent wins over Eels and Manly it has been stonewall. There has never been a doubt over their attack it is as strong as any side with Wallace and Lockyar linking up superly.

Roosters are a strange side and one that can cause shocks. They probably do have as much attacking talent as the Broncos- and have proved it in recent weeks- but their goal line defence is probably as poor as just about any side in the comp. Im not sure there is enough power in their forward line to make an impact in the play offs.

This is a massive game with places in the play offs up for grabs. Things are so tight once again in the Nrl that win for either side would put them right on course for a top 4 finish and a home tie. But a defeat would mean the pressure was right on with around 6 sides only a matter of points behind.

You have to believe home advantage is going to be crucial. Ofcourse Sydney have the win over Broncos already this season but it was a Brisbane side missing a lot of big names. I think revenge will be in the air today and that Broncos back line is gonna fire them to what will be a huge win and a priceless 2 points on the ladder.
