This is a big game for Souths and with a very tough end to the fixture list- in the fight for play off football- this a fixture they simply have to win.

At times the Rabs have been outstanding this season but at others they have been rank rotten. There is no doubt they have some amount of class in the back line and probably more speed in their side than anyone else. But they seem to struggle to hit a consistant run of form and there has been a couple of away games they didnt turn up for and got smashed.

They will turn up for this one though, they have to. Play offs are close by and points are vital. With Dogs well out of it this is one of the best fixtures they could have hoped for. They hammered them on day 4 of the season in the most one sided game i seen all year.

Dogs still have some class, well plenty of class actually. Baba, Kim, Ennis, thats a tasty trio of ball players who offer plenty of experience and ability in the danger zone. Sadly for Doggies fans they aint done it often enough or even when they have the defence has cost them so many soft trys at the other end.

Souths will win this as they have to. Positions in the table are tight but a win here would put them right back in the mix for those all important play offs. I dont see any problems covering 3 points. Their back line should fire against a side with Bulldogs poor edge defence.
