castleford have to perform tonight and badly need the points to make those all important play offs.

the tigers sit just outside of 8th spot 2 points behind Celtic. Its going to be tough to make the top 8 with some hard fixtures coming up- none more so than tonight- but one thing we can be sure of is this side will give it their all and wont fear any top sides.

cas are close to full fitness- smaller teams have to be to have any chance. but with their forwards fit and ofcourse the class half back that is chase is on superb form they can compete. i think its fair to say he is playing as well as anyone in super league and when tigers are on top he is controlling so many games. 4 wins in a row at home is terrific form.

leeds are clearly a class side. you dont win the grand final just about every year if you dont have the best players and the most quality. but it has not been the greatest campaign this year with some woeful defeats- often to sides near the bottom when bookies are expecting 20 point wins. their forwards have not been great and the dicipline at times- from experienced players- has been woeful. 10 defeats a lot too much in fact.

this should be a close game. obviously leeds will score points the rhinos always do. but we will see cas get chances and throw the ball around. the tigers dont fear any side and with chase of top form we can expect some more quality plays in the red zone. cas forwards have to play well as its not the strongest part of the side. but at least they look fit and we know they will be really fired up for this one with a huge support behind them. should be tight so cas are the pick with a start.
